About us
Genukey is an independent reseller of genuine Microsoft software licenses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft, Windows, Office and related names are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
Products & licenses
- We sell genuine product keys. Each key is intended for the number of devices/users stated on the product page.
- You are responsible for choosing the correct product for your hardware and needs.
- Product keys are delivered digitally by email after payment is confirmed.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable fees displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our secure payment provider.
Delivery
Keys are normally delivered within minutes of a confirmed payment. If you have not received your key, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Refunds and replacements are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, defraud, or misuse the keys or the website. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
